The bistro’s façade is adorned with an impressive Valentine’s decoration that captivates with its scale and design even before you step inside. This original thematic display took over 1.5 months of work by a professional design studio.
Menu
A romantic evening begins with an enchanting gin-based welcome drink, presented in a way worthy of being captured on camera.
When creating the Valentine’s menu, our chefs focused on top-quality ingredients, treated with the utmost care. The first course features Foie Gras in harmony with seasonal persimmon. The delicate, buttery flavor of the foie gras is perfectly complemented by the sweetness of caramelized persimmon, creating a contrast that allows every note to shine.
The menu also includes popular homemade ricotta ravioli, enhanced by exclusive sturgeon black caviar—an elegant combination for a festive mood.
For the main course, we chose USDA Prime Steak, a guarantee of the highest quality in the U.S. beef grading system. Smoky aroma, juicy meat, sweet vegetables, and creamy mashed potatoes come together in perfect harmony.
The evening concludes with a Valentine’s dessert created in our patisserie, highlighting natural fruit tenderness and perfectly balanced sweetness.
